Commercial Service Account Executive (P&C)

Location: Ilion, NY 13357 (Hybrid during training then Fully remote)

Salary: 50K-60K base salary plus uncapped commission

Summary

We are seeking a licensed Commercial Service Account Executive to manage an existing book of business while generating new client opportunities. This hybrid role blends customer service, account management, and sales, with a focus on retention, growth, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service personal and/or commercial lines accounts
• Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and customer inquiries
• Conduct coverage reviews and provide recommendations
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
• Identify and close cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet service, retention, and sales performance goals

Qualifications

• Active New York Property & Casualty license (required)
• 2-3+ years of insurance experience (personal and/or commercial lines)
• 1-2+ years of sales or business development experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
• Proficiency with basic office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
